Workshops

We regularly conduct weekly workshops that cover the material of the book. If you are interested in hosting such a workshop, please send us an e-mail.

The material needed in the workshops can be found on this homepage. It consists of the complete code, the data files and the web appendices. You need to have installed on your computer a recent version of R (http://www.r-project.org/), the R packages R2WinBUGS and lme4 (found on a CRAN of your choice) and WinBUGS (http://www.mrc-bsu.cam.ac.uk/bugs ) along with the upgrade patch 1.4.3 and the immortality key. As an alternative to WinBUGS, you can also run all the examples in software JAGS; see section
