Radde's Warbler

      Phylloscopus schwarzi

      Information

The Radde's Warbler, a Siberian and East-Asian species, is spotted in Europe more and more frequently, mostly in coastal regions or on islands. Although its breeding area is markedly smaller than that of the similar Dusky Warbler, there are hardly fewer European observations. The confirmed sighting in Switzerland is one of the few in the inland area of Europe.
