Delivery and Sales Conditions of the Swiss Ornithological Institute’s Shop
Our Terms of Delivery
We only deliver orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver internationally.
Orders are binding and cannot be cancelled. Our prices are quoted in Swiss francs including VAT for delivery in Switzerland and are subject to change without notice. Shipping and handling charges apply. Please allow about 3-5 working days for delivery. Our offers are subject to availability and prior sale. We will notify you in case of prolonged supply shortages. Missing items will be forwarded postage-free. Goods remain property of the Swiss Ornithological Institute in Sempach until fully paid for. We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract at any time. We exclude all liability to the extent permitted by law.
Faulty Goods and Damage in Transit
Please immediately report any manufacturing defects and material deficiencies as well as damages in transit. We replace defect items. All other warranty rights are completely excluded.
