Marked disabled parking is available at the visitor centre car park. The paths in the visitor centre and garden can be accessed via wheelchair. There is a separate wheelchair-accessible toilet in the visitor centre.

Dogs are not allowed in the museum and garden. Guide dogs and therapy dogs are permitted.
