News from the world of birds

As the old PR motto goes, “Do good and talk about it”. With this in mind, the Ornithological Institute reports on its work and its objectives. However, we also want to share our enthusiasm for birds with many people and promote a deeper understanding of nature.

The media help us to report on special events and new findings, but also on successes and concerns in bird protection. We are available as interview partners to newspapers and magazines, and TV and radio stations throughout Switzerland. Almost every day, brief information from the Ornithological Institute is posted on various social media channels.
