In the publication “The State of Birds in Switzerland”, the Swiss Ornithological Institute provides and annual summary of the latest findings generated by its monitoring projects involving more than 2,000 volunteers in all parts of the country. The report covers breeding birds, migrants and winter visitors. Methodological aspects are also highlighted, as are international developments.
