The aim of this project is to enhance Valais vineyards in a way that will benefit endangered bird species, both nesting birds and migratory birds that are stopping over or wintering birds. The Swiss Ornithological Institute supports winegrowing techniques that are compatible with nature and that create new habitats within vineyards in order to promote biodiversity.
